Why It Matters
Breast cancer has impacted the community greatly, and when you are donating to these foundations and institutions, you are not just donating to make yourself feel good, you are donating to make a change and to make a difference in the lives of thousands of people. According to Florida Breast Cancer Foundation, in 2025, there is an estimation that 23,920 women in Florida will be diagnosed with breast cancer, and 3,000 of those women will lose their battle. By donating, you are funding research on improved treatment, advanced technology, and better care to be taken for these women. Even though breast cancer is the focus for this month, we want to highlight that it is just one of many cancers that is impacting our community, and your philanthropy makes an advancement in improvement for all of the cancers too.
